Mick Goldstein, a sales representative for a specialty soft drink producer, infusion Blend, has Florida as her territory where she is based out of Tampa. Her job takes her around the state where she meets and presents her product offerings to store managers from major supermarket chains to the small mom-and-pop corner markets. Although she does not personally make the deliveries, she often works closely with the delivery staff to assure quality service to her customers.

Micki must report her sales progress to her regional manager in Atlanta, Georgia. These reports include the overall sales volume, types of product sold, locations, and stores into which products were delivered. For the larger markets, she must prepare a separate workbook for each chain store.
